- What is Sonivation, concretely?
- A digital employee that takes your day-to-day on: email, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, HR, tech, compliance, market watch and operations. Nothing to assemble — it is one subscription, and all ten areas are in it.
- How much does it cost?
- Three plans, all complete: from $99 to $599 a month, no commitment. What changes between plans is never an area — it is the number of accounts, the images and videos generated, the usage caps and the support. A yearly commitment costs ten months: two free, i.e. −17%. Prices are before tax; GST, QST or HST is added at invoicing.
- How does the trial work?
- The whole of Sonivation for 14 days, free and with no card: all ten areas work from day one. You pick your plan when the trial ends, and you can stop in one click from your settings.
- Is the diagnostic really free?
- Yes, and it needs no access to your tools. You answer a dozen questions, Sonivation reads your public website, then you receive a quantified summary: the time and revenue you can recover, module by module, with a demo built on your own public data.
- What is the difference between an “automated” and an “assisted” module?
- 3 modules work on their own: they produce and execute according to the autonomy you granted. The other 7 are assisted: Sonivation prepares the work, a human checks it, and you receive it within 24 hours. Same service, different delay. An assisted module becomes automated as its proposals go through untouched.
- Can Sonivation act without my approval?
- Not at first: every proposal waits for you. Sonivation earns autonomy only on the tasks you approved without changes, and loses it if you start correcting again. Three things stay off limits permanently: paying, signing a contract, and deciding a sensitive HR matter.
- Where is my data, and who can see it?
- It is hosted in Canada and kept separate: one business's data never feeds another's work. Access to your accounts is encrypted and revocable at any time. You can request full deletion from your settings; it is carried out within 30 days, as Law 25 requires.
- Will Sonivation send emails in my name?
- Only the ones you approve, and only to people you have a legal basis to contact. Every send carries your postal address and an unsubscribe link, as Canada's anti-spam law requires. Purchased lists are excluded.
- How long does setup take?
- About fifteen minutes per module: you connect the relevant accounts, your inbox or your Facebook page for instance, and answer two or three settings questions. Sonivation does its first work within the hour.
- Do I need technical skills?
- No. Everything happens in your space, with official connection buttons. If a connection gets stuck, write to us and we will do it with you.
- What happens if I stop?
- You stop from your settings, no call and no notice. Access to your accounts is revoked and your data deleted on request. You can also simply pause Sonivation: it stops acting without anything being erased.
